Tim Dolan, founder of Kickframe, has spent 25+ years across the agency and client side helping marketing teams connect strategy, technology, and how they work. His focus today is helping marketing teams put AI to work, blending strategic planning, hands-on training, and the change management that real adoption requires. He has been running Kickframe for over a decade.
Over his career, Tim has developed and delivered customized strategies and learning programs for leading organizations including Amazon, Four Seasons, GSK, Loblaw, TELUS, McDonald's Canada, Scotiabank, ATB Financial, Honda, AstraZeneca, Rogers, and Habitat for Humanity. He has trained more than 4,000 people across industries.
Tim holds an MBA and is a Certified Training Practitioner (CTP), IAF Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), Certified Agile Marketer (ICP-MKG), and Certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci). He also holds certifications in Piloting AI, Scaling AI, and the AI Fluency Framework, and is a former instructor for the Canadian Marketing Association's Digital Marketing Certificate Program. Tim is also a mentor at the Transmedia Zone at Toronto Metropolitan University.
