Tim Dolan, founder of Kickframe, is a marketing strategy and training expert with over 25 years of international experience helping organizations connect marketing, data, and technology. He brings deep expertise in both consulting and training, working with teams to design strategies and build the skills needed to thrive in a fast-changing digital environment.
Over his career, Tim has developed and delivered customized strategies and learning programs for leading organizations including Four Seasons, TELUS, McDonald’s Canada, Scotiabank, ATB Financial, Loblaw, Amazon, Honda, GSK, AstraZeneca, Rogers, and Habitat for Humanity.
Tim holds an MBA and is a Certified Training Practitioner (CTP), IAF Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), Certified Agile Marketer (ICP-MKG), and Certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci). He is also a former instructor for the Canadian Marketing Association’s Digital Marketing Certificate Program.
