Terms and Conditions for Training Events

All of our training events are subject to the following terms and conditions:

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied after attending the first 3 sessions, we will provide you with a full refund.  To qualify for a refund, registrants must attend all of the first 3 sessions, and return all course materials.

Transferring of Tickets

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may have someone substitute for your participation in the event. Contact Kickframe (hello@kickframe.com) at least 7 days prior to the event to transfer your enrolment. 

Cancellations and Refunds

If you are unable to attend and do not wish to substitute, contact Kickframe (hello@kickframe.com).  Registrants who cancel their reservation 14 calendar days prior to the course start date, will receive a 100% refund. Registrants who cancel less than 14 days prior to the start date will receive either a 50% refund or a 100% credit towards a future training event for up to one full year from your original event date.
