DIGITAL AUDIT & NEEDS ASSESSMENT
Kickframe works with client organizations to understand where they want to go, and assesses their ability to get there through digital tactics and tools. The result is a digital audit and needs assessment that highlights the steps and investments required to build digital maturity and to support goals and priorities.
DIGITAL STRATEGY & ROADMAP
Digital strategy development often follows a digital audit, where Kickframe recommends and approach for achieving organizational goals and a phased roadmap for implementation. Roadmaps are designed to be actionable for organizations, highlighting specific steps and timeframes for implementation.

Kickframe had the privilege of working with the TSO on a digital transformation mission. The work involved imagining a future state experience through the lens of the guest. A number of digital initiatives were identified, roadmapped, and executed in close collaboration with the TSO to achieve a number of goals including increasing revenue from ticket sales, contributions from donations, TSO brand equity, and overall marketing efficiency.

ROYAL CONSERVATORY OF MUSIC
Kickframe worked with the Royal Conservatory of Music to deliver a 7-part digital marketing and fundraising strategy training program. The program consisted of 7-modules and was delivered live virtually to 20 team members. The interactive sessions covered the main tools in the digital toolbox, along with tools and templates to use for implementing best practices at The Royal Conservatory of Music.
